Abstract
Rad se bavi tematikom kriznog komuniciranja. U radu je obrađen proces komunikacije kao dio svakodnevnog života i poslovne komunikacije kao dio poslovnog života. Komunikacija se promatra kao proces koji ima svoj slijed i određena pravila koja, ako se slijede, mogu povećati uspješnost same komunikacije i cilja komunikatora. Krizna komunikacija kao temelj rada opisuje se kroz svoje stadije i načine kako se s njom uspješno nositi. Uz samu teoriju krizne komunikacije opisuju se i primjeri uspješne i manje uspješne komunikacije određenih kompanija tijekom njihovih kriznih situacija.
Abstract (english)
This paper deals with the topic of crisis communication. The paper deals with the process of communication as a part of everyday life and business communication as a part of business life. Communication is seen as a process that has its own sequence and certain rules that, if followed, can increase the success of the communication itself and the goal of the communicator. Crisis communication as the basis of this paper is described through its stages and ways how to deal with it successfully. In addition to the theory of crisis communication, examples of successful and less successful communication of certain companies during their crises are described.
