Abstract
Paraneoplastiĉne kožne bolesti ĉine one bolesti koje se razvijaju samo nakon nastanka malignog tumora ili istodobne pojavnosti dermatoze i malignog tumora. Ukoliko se tumor ukloni, dolazi do remisije dermatoze, a recidiv tumora može dovesti do ponovne pojavnosti dermatoze. Paraneoplastiĉne dermatoze predstavljaju široki spektar dermatoza koje su povezane s tumorima unutrašnjih organa. Promjene u koži mogu biti marker za maligne bolesti unutarnjih organa. Primjerice, steĉena dlakavost (Hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita) može biti marker za više razliĉitih malignih tumora, dok je nekrolitiĉki migratorni eritem, upravo specifiĉan za tumor pankreasa koji stvara glukagon. Brojne su promjene koje nastaju u koži kao posljedica malignog procesa za koje nije moguća klasifikacija prema patofiziološkim zbivanjima nego prema kliniĉkim manifestacijama. Cilj rada je prikazati razlog nastanka, manifestacije i simptome ovih bolesti kao i ulogu medicinske sestre u svakodnevnoj praksi kod bolesnika s dermatozom.
Abstract (english)
Paraneoplastic skin diseases constitute of diseases that develops only after the onset of a malignant tumor or the simultaneous appearance of dermatosis and a malignant tumor. If the tumor is removed, remission of dermatosis occurs, and recurrence of the tumor can lead to recurrence of dermatosis. Paraneoplastic dermatoses are broad spectral dermatoses that are present with tumors of internal organs. Changes in the skin can be a marker for malignant diseases of internal organs. For example, acquired hairiness (hypertrichosis lanuginosa acquisita) may be a marker for a number of different malignant tumors, while necrolytic migratory erythema is precisely specific for the glucagon-producing pancreatic tumor. There are numerous changes that occur in the skin as a result of a malignant process due to which it is not possible to classify according to pathophysiological shrinkage but according to clinical manifestations. The aim of this paper is to present the cause, manifestations and symptoms of this disease, the role of the nurse in everyday practice in patients with dermatosis.
