Abstract
Tema ovog rada je rashladno postrojenje broda za hlađene terete. Razvoj rashladne tehnike uvelike je doprinio oĉuvanju namirnica prilikom transporta i danas je neizostavan dio kod većine brodova. Zadaća rashladnih strojeva je hlađenje prostorija s namirnicama, posebice onih lako kvarljivih, kako bi se oĉuvala njena prvobitna svojstva, a to je moguće jedino uz prisutnost temperature hlađenja koja mora biti manja od temperature okoline. Osim za namirnice, rashladni sustavi imaju veliku ulogu u hlađenju prostorija broda što pridonosu ugodnom boravku. Kako bi sve to bilo moguće, rashladni sustavi moraju imati neprekidan izvor elektriĉne energije koja ujedno i omogućava rad svih rashladnih uređaja.
Abstract (english)
The development of refrigeration technology has greatly contributed to the preservation of food during transport and it has importat function among most ships. The task of refrigeration equipment is cooling of food premises, especially those that are easily perishable in order to preserve their original properties. That is only possible with cooling temperature lower than the room temperature. Except for groceries, refrigeration systems plays major role in cooling the premises of the ship which contributes to a comfortable stay. For this to be possible, refrigeration systems must have an uninterrupted source of electricity that allows all refrigeration units to operate.
