The purpose of this work is to emphasize the importance of risk management in business company. The Risk Management is complicated process issued by business managers due to minimise costs in companies. Managers are also taking care of high costs side by process of risk management. This process is crucial part of modern business strategy and business culture as well. The fact is that the companies around the world has ranked the risk management as a one of the most important working goals. The risk is regular part of human societies and it effect on people and companies to improve their insurance as a protection for various danger situations. Giving the possibility to insure property or business, the risk cannot be stopped, but certainly will be minimise to a level of acception. The purpose of this report is to describe the significanance value of risk management and the importance of analysis of risk management as a part of making a finance plan and the work strategy as well. By identifying subjective qualification of risk and by analysing objective qualification of risk it is tried to determine the best method of risk management inside every company.
