Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad istražuje upravljanje kvalitetom i interni audit u restoranu „Momenti“ s ciljem identifikacije ključnih aspekata koji doprinose učinkovitosti, usklađenosti i zadovoljstvu gostiju. U radu je ukazano na specifičnosti i ulogu internog audita, te su analizirani rezultati internog audita provedenog u restoranu „Momenti“. Rezultati istraživanja pružaju uvid u trenutno stanje upravljanja kvalitetom, identificiraju ključne izazove te nude smjernice za poboljšanje. Kroz studiju slučaja i analizu postojećih podataka, dokazano je da je kontinuirano unaprjeđenje kvalitete značajna strategija u poslovanju restorana „Momenti“, te da u implementaciji tog koncepta efikasnost internih audita ima značajno mjesto u strateškom poslovanju restorana „Momenti“.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, we explore quality management and internal auditing in Restaurant „Momenti“ with the aim of identifying key aspects that contribute to efficiency, compliance, and guest satisfaction. By combining qualitative and quantitative research approaches, we analyzed staff perceptions, managerial structures, and the implementation of internal auditing processes. Research results provide insight into the current state of quality management, identify key challenges, and offer guidelines for improvement. Through a case study and analysis of existing data, it has been proven that continuous quality improvement is a significant strategy in the operation of the "Momenti" restaurant, and that the efficiency of internal audits holds a significant place in the strategic operation of the "Momenti" restaurant.
