This thesis explores the development and implementation of an advanced system for online management of hall reservations at higher education institutions, with a particular emphasis on the presentation and business layers. The digital transformation of the educational sector has significantly changed resource management, replacing traditional methods of manual tracking and personal contacts with modern technologies that provide greater efficiency, transparency, and reliability. The online reservation system optimizes space utilization, facilitates coordination and planning, and offers easy access to information on hall availability and lecture schedules. A detailed analysis of user requirements and functionalities showcases the entire process of system development, from planning and specification of project requirements, through front-end development and the use of tools like Tablou, to database design. User activity diagrams and use case diagrams are presented, illustrating the interactions between users and the system. The implementation includes the design of the user interface and coding, emphasizing the importance of an intuitive and accessible administrative interface for efficient content management. The thesis provides a comprehensive insight into the modernization of educational institutions through the application of advanced technologies, demonstrating how digital solutions can improve organizational processes and increase the efficiency of resource management.
