Abstract Od početka koncepta posla kao specifične aktivnosti, za koju djelatnik prima novčanu naknadu, razvijeni su različiti tipovi i opisi radnih mjesta. Rastom i promjenama na svjetskoj razini, tijekom godina, stvorio se niz različitih radnih mjesta s konkretnim opisima poslova, koje ta radna mjesta podrazumijevaju, a razvijene su i različite osobne i edukacijske kvalifikacije potencijalnih kandidata, koji bi trebali obavljati te radne zadatke. S vremenom je, kako na nacionalnim razinama, tako i na globalnoj, nastao veliki korpus kojekakvih poslova, ali i osoba koje vjeruju da svojim opisom odgovaraju kvalifikacijama za njih. Informacijski i tehnološki napredak globalno mijenja okruženje zapošljavanja. Uvode se precizniji uvjeti, natječaji, komisije, testiranja i intervjui kako bi se za određena radna mjesta pronašli što kvalitetniji djelatnici. Pojedinci teže boljoj poziciji, uvjetima rada i plaći. Platforme za traženje zaposlenja olakšavaju pretragu, ubrzavaju proces zapošljavanja, osiguravaju transparentnost te sigurniji i pravedniji proces. U budućnosti će one vjerojatno postati primarni način traženja posla i omogućiti učinkovitiju poslovnu dinamiku. S promjenama u poslovnim i internetskim trendovima, platforme za zapošljavanje će se razvijati s ciljem stvaranja šireg, boljeg, bržeg i otvorenijeg tržišta rada, čime će radnici biti zadovoljniji. Cilj rada je pregledno prikazati digitalno okruženje za traženje zaposlenja, definirati i popisati platforme te utvrditi kako i u kojoj mjeri ispitanici ankete koriste digitalne platforme za traženje posla.
Abstract (english) Since the beginnings of the concept of work as a specific activity for which the worker receives monetary compensation, different types and descriptions of jobs have evolved. Over the years, with growth and change on a global scale, a number of different jobs have been created with specific job descriptions that these jobs entail, and various personal and educational qualifications of potential candidates to perform these job tasks have been developed. Over time, a large number of jobs have emerged, both nationally and globally, as well as people who believe their description matches the qualifications for those jobs. Advances in information and technology are changing the employment environment worldwide. More precise terms, tenders, assignments, tests and interviews are being introduced to find the best possible people for specific jobs. Individuals are striving for a better position, better working conditions and a better salary. Job search platforms facilitate the search, speed up the recruitment process, and ensure transparency and a safer and fairer process. In the future, they are likely to become the primary means of job search and enable more efficient business dynamics. With the changes in the economy and internet trends, employment platforms will evolve with the aim of creating a wider, better, faster and more open labour market, which will increase employee satisfaction. The aim of the paper is to provide an overview of the digital job search environment, define and list the platforms and identify how and to what extent respondents use digital platforms for job search.
