Abstract
Osnovne prednosti okolišnog, društvenog i upravljačkog ulaganja (eng. environmental, social, and corporate governance, ESG) su: ispunjavanje uvjeta potrebnih za uspostavljanje poslovnih odnosa s dobavljačima i poslovnim partnerima, ESG transparentnost, otvaranje prema novim poslovnim prilikama, olakšavanje razvoja poslovne strategije izdavatelja dionica za ostvarivanje ciljeva održivog razvoja, veća otvorenost prema ulaganjima i konkurentnost na tržištu, pozicioniranje na tržištu (stjecanje ESG... More rejtinga). ESG kriteriji sada su vrlo rašireni i sve više postaju nužan čimbenik za investitore da razmotre podršku tvrtki. Ulagači će odbaciti tvrtke koje ne nude ESG kriterije. Ne samo da će biti zanemarene, već su i izložene financijskom riziku ako tvrtka ne pridonosi okolišu izvan proizvoda ili usluge. Less

The main advantages of Environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) reporting are: fulfilling the conditions necessary for establishing business relations with suppliers and business partners, ESG transparency, openness to new business opportunities, facilitating the development of the business strategy of the issuer of shares to achieve sustainable development goals, greater openness to investments and competitiveness on the market, positioning on the market (acquiring an ESG... More rating). ESG criteria are now very widespread and are increasingly becoming a necessary factor for investors to consider supporting companies. Investors will reject companies that do not offer ESG criteria.
