Abstract
U cjelokupnom radu razmatraju se naĉini razvoja morskih luka, na globalnoj razini i nacionalnoj razini. Cilj ovog rada je pobliţe objasniti definiciju i podjelu morskih luka, potom prikazati politiku upravljanja lukama u današnje vrijeme te na kraju navesti naĉine razvoja morskih luka, kao i naĉine financiranja njihova razvoja.
Abstract (english)
In this overall work discusses the ways of developing seaports, both globally and nationally. The purpose of this work is to explain the definition and division of seaports more closely, to present the port management policy in the present time and finally indicate the ways of developing, as well as their development financing.
