Abstract
Ljudski resursi važni su za svako suvremeno poduzeće zato što upravljaju ostalim resursima i pokretačka su snaga poduzeća. Kada poduzeće ne raspolaže kvalitetnim ljudskim resursima, neće biti u mogućnosti niti ostvariti pozitivan poslovni rezultat. Regrutiranje i selekcija ljudskih resursa veže se uz mendžment ljudskih resursa te predstavlja jedan od ključnih elemenata uspjeha. Selekcijom pravih zaposlenika eliminira se vjerojatnost neuspjeha. Sukladno tome, bit samog regrutiranja uključuje određene sposobnosti, vještine i osobine ključne za efikasno obavljanje radnih zadataka u kontekstu realizacije ciljeva organizacije. U ovom će se završnom radu prikazati proces regrutiranja ljudskih resursa u OTP banci. Očekuje se da će analilza ukazati na najčešće korištene načine regrutiranja ljudskih resursa.
Abstract (english)
Human resources are important for every modern enterprise because they manage other resources and are the driving force of a company. When a company does not have high quality human resources, it will not be able to achieve a positive business result. Recruitment and selection of human resources is linked to the human resource arena and is one of the key elements of success. Choosing the right employees eliminates the likelihood of failure. Consequently, the essence of recruitment involves certain abilities, skills and attributes that are essential for efficient performance of work tasks in the context of achieving the goals of the organization. In this final paper, the process of recruiting human resources in OTP banka will be presented. Analysis is expected to point to the most commonly used ways of recruiting human resources.
