Abstract
Upravljanje kvalitetom je postao jedan od glavnih zadataka menadžera zbog sve veće potrebe za isticanjem od konkurencije. To obuhvaća niz procesa koji određuju politiku kvalitete, ciljeve i odgovornosti. Svaki menadžer može izabrati jedan od načina upravljanja kvaliteteom: Total Quality Management, ISO sustave, Lean Management ili Six Sigma proces. Quality Management has become one of the main manager's assignments due to higher needs of standing out from the competition. It includes a series of processes which define quality, aims and responsability. Each manager can choose a way to manage quality: Total Quality Management, ISO standard, Lean Management or Six Sigma process. The purpose of this paper was to determine advantages of implementation Six Sigma process and to show how implementation is done. Implementation is crucial and... More requires much renunciation over longer periods of time in order to successfully accomplish the goal. Everyone who is included in the implementation process has to give their contribution, from employee to top management. Many companies all around the world apply Six Sigma methodologies and in that way accomplish significant savings and increase the income.
