Abstract
Tržište chartera jahti u Hrvatskoj je već duži niz godina u konstantnom porastu, a oblikuje ga odnos ponude i potražnje. Ponuda se razvija u vidu povećanja broja kapaciteta u lukama nautičkog turizma, ali i gradnje novih luka, kako bi se ispunili zahtjevi potražnje. Charter tvrtke imaju veliku ulogu u charter djelatnosti te se i one šire skladno sa razvojem ponude. Potražnja daje uvid u trendove i želje turista nautičara. Za razvoj tržišta je potrebno imati dobro usmjerenu strategiju kako bi se izbjegle štetne posljedice charteringa i osigurala buduća održivost djelatnosti.
Abstract (english)
The yacht charter market in Croatia is in constant increase for many years, and the market is formed by the supply and demand ratio. The supply is developing through increasing the number of capacities in nautical ports and through building new ports to fulfil demand requirements. Charter companies has major role in charter activities and they are also expanding in line with supply development. Demand gives access to see the trends and desires of nautical tourists. To avoid harmful consequences of chartering and to provide future sustainability of activity the well targeted strategy is very important for market development.
