Abstract
Uslijed neuspješnog poslovanja poduzeća, stečajni postupak može se pokrenuti zbog nesposobnosti za plaćanje i prezaduženosti. Proces stečajnog postupka se provodi u nekoliko faza počevši od prijedloga za otvaranje stečajnog postupka, nakon čega slijedi prethodni postupak čija je svrha potvrda postojanja stečajnog razloga i utvrđivanje financijskog stanja stečajnog dužnika. Sljedeći korak je otvaranje i provođenje stečajnog postupka. Stečaj nekog poduzeća ne znači nužno i prestanak poslovanja... Due to the failure of the company, bankruptcy process may be initiated due to insolvency and over-indebtedness. The process of bankruptcy is carried out in several stages, starting with the proposal to open bankruptcy process, then the preliminary proceedings are initiated, the purpose of which is the conformation of existence of the bankruptcy reason and determining the financial condition of the bankruptcy debtor.
