Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se posljedicama borbe protiv pandemije koronavirusa na ljudska prava, posebno se istražuje odnos protupandemijskih mjera i ljudskih prava u odabranim državama Europske unije: Italiji, Španjolskoj, Švedskoj i Njemačkoj. U radu se takoĎer daje teorijski okvir u kojem se definiraju pojmovi sigurnosti s naglaskom na nacionalnu i međunarodnu sigurnost, a posebice zdravstvenu sigurnost te se definira koncept ljudske sigurnosti. Temeljnim istraživanjem i analiziranjem znanstvene literature, međunarodnih i državnih zakona i izvješća nevladinih organizacija dokazalo se kako su u spomenutim državama, protupandemijske mjere ostavile negativne posljedice na ljudska prava.
Abstract (english)
This graduate thesis deals with the consequences of the fight against novel coronavirus on human rights, where the relation of anti-pandemic measures and human rights is researched and explored in selected countries. in the European union. These countries are: Italy, Spain, Sweden and Germany. By thoroughly researching and analyzing scientific literature, international and national laws, it has been proven that in these countries anti-pandemic measures left negative consequences on human rights.
