Abstract
Tema ovog rada je poslovno pregovaranje u APEC zemljama. Definirano je poslovno pregovaranje općenito, njegovo pojmovno određenje, procesi poslovnog pregovaranja i strategije poslovnog pregovaranja. Nakon toga, slijede definiranje i obilježja međunarodnog pregovaranja, važnost komunikacije u međunarodnom pregovaranju i utjecaj kulture prema Hofstedeu. Nakon definiranja međunarodnog pregovaranja, analiziraju se primjeri međunarodnog poslovnog pregovaranja u odabranim zemljama koje su članice Azijsko-pacifičke gospodarske suradnje. Odabrane zemlje su Australija, Kanada, Kina, Čile, Japan, Meksiko, Sjedinjene Američke Države i Rusija.
Abstract (english)
The subject of the thesis is business negotiating in APEC countries.The terms that are defined are the general and conceptual definition of business negotiation, processes of business negotiation and strategies of business negotiation. This is followed by the definition and characteristics of international business negotiation, the importance of communication in business negotiation and the influence of culture according to Hofstede. After the definition of international business negotiation, examples of international business negotiation in selected countries that are members of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation are analysed. The selected countries are Australia, Canada, China, Chile, Japan, Mexico, the United States and Russia.
