Abstract
Budžetiranje predstavlja proces izrade, primarno financijskih, planova poslovanja. U ovom procesu analiziraju se prethodne situacije/veličine, te se temeljem spoznaja o prošlosti i očekivanja za budućnost planiraju poslovne aktivnosti i njihovi financijski učinci. Budžet kao dokument koji proizlazi iz procesa budžetiranja osnovica je za upravljanje, koordinaciju aktivnosti i kontrolu provođenja planova. Budžetirati se mogu svi segmenti poslovanja, a u fokusu ovog završnog rada je budžetiranje prihoda. Nakon njegove teorijske razrade, pristupilo se prezentiranju procesa budžetiranja na primjeru Javne vatrogasne postrojbe Grada Ploča, koje se provodi temeljem financijskih izvješća. U radu su korišteni financijski izvještaji za 2019. i 2020. godinu te podatci iz financijskog plana za 2021. godinu.
Abstract (english)
Budgeting represents the process of creating, primarily financial, business plans. In this process, previous situations/values are analyzed, then based on previous cognitions and expectations for the future, business activities and their financial effects are planned. Budget as a document that derives from the budgeting process is a basis for management, activity coordination, and plan execution controlling. All business segments can be budgeted, but the focus of this final thesis is revenue budgeting. After its theoretical elaboration, the budgeting process is presented using an example for Public Fire Department Ploče, based on financial reports. In the thesis, the financial report for the years 2019 and 2020 have been used, along with the data from the year 2021 financial plan.
