Abstract
U ovom završnom radu sam opisala što je to stres i koji su njegovi izvori te kako mi kao ljudi reagiramo na stresne situacije. Kako neznanje i ignoriranje pokazatelja stresa može utjecati na naše psihičko i fizičko zdravlje te koji su načini borbe protiv stresa. Provodeći vlastito istraživanje tijekom pisanja ovog završnog rada, istražila sam kako stres utječe na Hrvate, koliko često ga doživljavamo kako u poslovnom tako i u svakodnevnom životu. Koji su uzroci, izvori i posljedice doživljavanja stresa u poslovnom okruženju. Cilj ovoga rada jest podizanje svijesti o utjecaju stresa na naš život i raspoloženje, a samim time i na naše zdravlje. Što mi kao pojedinci možemo promijeniti, odnosno na što možemo utjecati kako bismo smanjili utjecaj stresa te poboljšali kvalitetu života?
Abstract (english)
In this thesis I described the meaning of stress and what are its sources and how we, as humans react to stressful situations. How can carelessness and ignoring stress indicators affect our mental and physical health and what are the ways to deal with it. Conducting my own research while writing this final paper, I researched how stress affects Croats, how often we experience it both in business and in everyday life. What are the causes, sources and consequences of experiencing stress in a business environment. The aim of this paper is to raise awareness of the impact of stress on our lives and our mood, and thus, on our health. What we can change as individuals, that is, what we can influence to reduce the impact of stress and improve the quality of life?
