Hotels are the most important economic entities in the Dubrovnik economy. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Ukraine, hotels are facing supply constraints, leading to the need to improve efficiency within hotels and their entire supply chains. The research sought to find out the application of supply chain management, the supply chain management preferred by a four-star hotel in Dubrovnik and the constraints faced in the implementation of supply chain management. In order to meet the objectives of the research, a survey was conducted in "Grand hotel Park d.o.o.", Dubrovnik. The research revealed that the hotel implemented supply chain management. However, it was evident that the hotel did not pay attention to the exchange of information with consumers about production costs as an application of supply chain management. It was also found that the main constraints to the implementation of supply chain management in the hotel are the lack of government support and the turbulent nature of the hotel industry. The research therefore recommends that a hotel should fully understand the application of supply chain management in order to gain and maintain a competitive advantage. The state should also offer tax breaks to hotels in order to protect the hotel industry, which plays a significant role in Dubrovnik's economy.
