Abstract
Stakeholderski pristup utemeljen je na svojim općim načelima jednakosti, jedinstva i solidarnosti. Glavna vrijednost ovog pristupa je uključivanje, a zagovornici ovog pristupa ističu da je za zdravo ekonomsko poslovanje važno stvoriti pravedno društvo koje će biti kompatibilno s privatnim vlasništvom. Ovaj pristup obilježen je decentraliziranim odlukama koje se donose na tržištu. Svako stakeholdersko društvo svoje temelje mora bazirati na reciprocitetu prava i obveza koje se baziraju na ideji ekonomskog, socijalnog i političkog uključenja. Glavni cilj ovog pristupa je realizacija navedenih segmenata u procesu realizacije slobodnog, moralnog i kohezivnog društva koja se poslovanje bazira na sveopćem članstvu, visokoj razini društvene uključenosti i slobodnoj tržišnoj ekonomiji. Stakeholderski pristup ima veliku povezanost sa socijalnim poduzetništvom i društvenom odgovornošću. Dionici imaju veliku ulogu u kreiranju stakeholderskog pristupa svakog poduzeća.
Abstract (english)
The stakeholder approach is based on its general principles of equality, unity and solidarity. The main value of this approach is inclusion, and proponents of this approach point out that for healthy economic business it is important to create a just society that will be compatible with private ownership. This approach is characterized by decentralized decisions made in the market. Every stakeholder society must base its foundations on the reciprocity of rights and obligations based on the idea of economic, social and political inclusion. The main goal of this approach is the realization of the mentioned segments in the process of realizing a free, moral and cohesive society, whose business is based on universal membership, a high level of social inclusion and a free market economy. The stakeholder approach has a strong connection with social entrepreneurship and social responsibility. Stakeholders play a major role in creating a stakeholder approach for every company.
