Abstract
Ovaj diplomski rad usmjeren je na primjenu tehnika dubinske analize procesa i dubokog učenja za otkrivanje temeljne strukture procesnih modela. U radu se istražuju mogućnosti primjene povratnih neuronskih mreža (RNN), odnosno LSTM modela, za otkrivanje temeljne strukture procesnih modela iz dnevničkih podataka. Za modeliranje procesa korištene su notacije Petrijevih mreža i procesna stabla. Uspostavljen je studijski primjer na temelju dnevničkih podataka koji su dobiveni iz umjetno generiranih... More procesnih modela. Za izradu rješenja korištena je Python biblioteka PM4PY, alat Disco te razvojni okvir za evaluaciju modela dubokog učenja u kontekstu dubinske analize procesa. Posebna pozornost posvećena je analizi uvjeta i parametara kako bi se postigle bolje performanse modela. Također, provedena je i analiza utjecaja složenosti procesa na performanse modela. Optimizacijom parametara na temelju dobivenih uvida moguće je poboljšati učinkovitost učenja temeljne strukture procesa. Less
Abstract (english)
This thesis addresses the application of process mining and deep learning techniques to discover the underlying structure of process models. The thesis explores the possibilities of applying recurrent neural networks (RNN) or LSTM models to discover the underlying structure of process models from event log data. Petri net notations and process trees were used for process modeling. A case study was created using log data derived from artificially generated process models. The Python library... More PM4PY, the tool Disco and the framework for evaluating deep learning models in the context of process mining were used to build the solution. Special attention is given to the analysis of the conditions and parameters in order to achieve a better performance of the model. Also, an analysis of the influence of the complexity of the process on the performance of the model has been performed. By optimizing the parameters based on the obtained knowledge, it is possible to improve the efficiency of learning the basic structure of the process. Less
