Abstract
U ovom završnom radu opisane su izvedbe sustava hlađenja brodskih motora. Tipično hlađenje brodskih motora izvodi se izravnim hlađenjem morskom vodom ili centraliziranim rashladnim sustavom, takozvanim središnjim hlađenjem slatkom vodom. Prvi tip hlađenja zahtjeva da se morska voda izravno dovodi u svaki pojedinačni izmjenjivač topline u sustavu, dok se u drugom tipu morska voda zajedno sa slatkom vodom koristi u svrhu izvlačenja neiskorištene topline. Također se su prikazane sheme obje izvedbe sustava hlađenja s objašnjenjem pojedinih komponenata. Spomenuti su učestali i značajni problemi koji se pojavljuju u koje spada korozija i kamenac, te su objašnjeni načini zaštite i saniranje tih problema, te se na kraju navode i opisuju glavni elementi rashladnog sustava.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, the performance of marine engine cooling systems is described. Typical cooling of marine engines is performed by direct seawater cooling or a centralized cooling system, the so-called central fresh water cooling. The first type of cooling requires seawater to be directly fed to each individual heat exchanger in the system, while in the second type, seawater is used together with fresh water for the purpose of extracting unused heat. Schemes of both versions of the cooling system are also presented with an explanation of individual components. Frequent and important problems that appear, including corrosion and scale, are mentioned, and the ways to protect and repair these problems are explained, and finally the main elements of the cooling system are listed and described.
