Abstract
Područje istraživanja ovog diplomskog rada su poduzeća, njihovo okruženje, te različiti načini na koji okruženje poduzeća utječe na njegov rad, dobit, menadžment poduzeća te njegove zaposlenike. U ovom diplomskom radu korištena je sekundarna literatura iz područja poslovne ekonomije da bi se detaljno razradila problematika kojom se bavi ovaj diplomski rad. Ovaj diplomski rad se sastoji od šest poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje služi tome da se čitatelja uvede u rad i njegovu problematiku. Nakon uvoda, strateška analiza okruženja poduzeća te pojam konkurentnosti su temeljno razrađeni. Na kraju rada nalazi se kratak sažetak problematike u radu, nakon čega slijedi popis slika i tablica koji su korišteni da se olakša razumijevanje problematike ovog područja poslovne ekonomije.
Abstract (english)
The field of research in this graduate thesis is companies, their environment, and different ways that the company's environment affects the company's work, its profits, its management and its employees. Throughout this graduate thesis books by different authors in the field of business economics were used to discuss and study these issues. This graduate thesis consists of six chapters. The first chapter introduces the reader to the issues that this graduate thesis deals with. After the brief introduction, strategic analysis of the company's environment and the definition of the term competitiveness are discussed in detail. At the end of this graduate thesis the reader can find a brief summary of the problems and issues discussed in this graduate thesis along with the list of tables and visual aid used to facilitate the study and understanding of the problems in this particular field of economic and business study.
