Abstract
U završnom radu pod nazivom „Poslovanje poduzeća Red Bull“ se ukazuje na strategije poslovanja poduzeća Red Bulla. Pri tome je ukazano na mogućnosti izlaska poduzeća na međunarodna tržišta te na glavne konkurente. Cilj je ovog završnog rada dokazati da strategije koje poduzeće „Red Bull“ koristi odgovaraju potrebama i zahtjevima kupaca. Bitno je prepoznati promjene u poslovanju te reagirati novim strategijama. U radu vidimo otkud ti problemi proizlaze, kako ih najlakše prepoznati te kako ih na najlakši način otkloniti. U radu također vidimo rast poslovanja koje je Red Bull ostvario te na koje načine održati taj rast i proširiti se na međunarodno tržište.
Abstract (english)
In this article entitled „Business of company Red Bull“ it points to business strategies of Red Bull. Thereby it points out the possibilities of leaving the company to the international markets and the main competitors. The objective of this final work is to prove that strategies which company Red Bull uses suit the needs and requirements of customers. It is important to recognize the changes in the business and react with new strategies. In this work we can see where the problems came from, how we can easily recognize them and the easiest way to remove that problems. In this article we also see the growth of business which Red Bull has achieved and in what ways it can maintain that growth and expand to international markets.
