The European Union expects from all of member states to introduce business standards in accordance with long-term sustainable development. Concern for the community and the environment becomes more pronounced and businesses pay more attention to this segment in their daily operations and implementation of elements of concern for the community and the environment in the components of the planning functions as a confirmation of intent for long-term investment in this aspect of social responsibility. The subject of this thesis involves, on the one hand corporate social responsibility, and on the other the success of the company. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) can be defined as a moral and empathetic action within the company and for the environment of the Company.
