Abstract
Recidivirajuća abdominalna bol (RAB) često se pojavljuje u dječjoj dobi. Do boli moţe doći zbog organskih smetnji, funkcionalnih smetnji ili psihogenih smetnji. Kod najvećeg broja djece radi se o funkcionalnim poremećajima gastrointestinalnog trakta (funkcionalna dispepsija, sindrom iritabilnog crijeva, abdominalna migrena, izolirana abdominalna bol). Nakon uočavanja upozoravajućih faktora iz anamneze ili prilikom pregleda kod djece treba proširiti pretrage. Terapijski je najučinkovitija istovremena primjena prilagoĎene prehrane i provoĎenje kognitivne bihevioralne terapije. Tijekom cijelog procesa, od postavljanja dijagnoze, tijekom liječenja i kontrole RAB-a medicinska sestra ima vrlo vaţnu ulogu. Od nje se očekuje da savjetuje dijete i obitelj, bude im podrška, prati korištenje terapije i sl.
Abstract (english)
Recurrent abdominal pain (RAB) often occurs in childhood. Pain can occur due to organic interference, functional interference or psychological disturbances. In the majority of children there are functional gastrointestinal tract disorders (functional dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, abdominal migraine, isolated abdominal pain). After detecting the warning factors from an anamnesis or when looking at children, it is necessary to extend the search. Therapy is the most effective simultaneous application of a customized diet and the implementation of cognitive behavioral therapy. Throughout the process, since diagnosis, during the treatment and control of RAB, the nurse has a very important role. It is expected to advise the child and family, support them, monitor the use of therapy, and so on.
