Globalizacija predstavlja širok spektar ekonomskih, političkih i kulturnih promjena u suvremenom društvu, a njezine posljedice jačaju i učvršćuju odnose i jačaju međusobnu povezanost. Cilj takvog iskorištavanja ljudskih potencijala jest efikasno postizanje poslovnih i strateških ciljeva.
Abstract (english) For a little bit of a transition from one to another millennium, we can say that it is so often referred to as "globalization". This phenomenon is an extremely broad term, for which there is even no single definition, so it is extremely difficult to show the ways in which it is
manifested in society. Globalization refers to strengthening the wareness of the world as a whole. Since there is a world, nations are linked to mutual cooperation. At the beginning they were linked to security, ie to the preservation and defense of the territory, and later to trade. Globalization that has changed the world we used to mean began to take place in the eighties of the last century and continues to this day. Globalization was followed by the creation of new institutions and linking existing ones to achieve a common goal. Globalization represents a broad spectrum of economic, political and cultural changes in modern society, and its consequences strengthen and strengthen relationships and strengthen interconnectedness. In today's world of globalization, maximum connectivity of large corporations and intellectual potential migration, development and management of human resources is imposed as a key segment of every successful business. Human resources are total knowledge, skills, abilities, talents, creativity, motivation, and loyalty that an organization or society has. It is important to emphasize that the concept of human resources includes all the knowledge that is possible to engage within an organization. The goal of such exploitation of human resources is to efficiently achieve business and strategic goals.
