Abstract
Trudnoća je za ženski organizam jedno novo stanje koje počinje začećem i traje od začetka pa sve do poroda. Tijekom trudnoće događaju se brojne fiziološke i patološke promjene na koži. Do tih promjena najčešće dolazi zbog hormonalnih faktora povezanih s imunosnim sustavom. Najčešće fiziološke promjene koje se pojavljuju na koži tijekom trudnoće obuhvaćaju promjene pigmentacije, dlaka, noktiju, kao i promjene vezivnog tkiva, krvnih žila, aktivnosti žlijezda, pojavu novonastalih izraslina na koži, promjene madeža te promjene na sluznicama. Od patoloških promjena najučestalije su: pemphigoid gestationis, intrahepatalna kolestaza u trudnoći, polimorfna erupcija (pruritičke urtikarijske papule i plakovi - PUPP), atopijske erupcije u trudnoći te iznimno rijetko imeptigo herpetiformis i gestacijski autoimunosni progesteronski dermatitis.
Abstract (english)
Pregnancy is for the female organism a new condition that begins with conception and lasts until birth. During pregnancy there are numerous physiological and pathological changes on the skin. These changes are most likely due to hormonal factors associated with the immune system. The most common physiological changes occurring on the skin during pregnancy include changes in pigmentation, hair, nail as well as changes in connective tissue, blood vessels, glands activity, appearance of newly developed skin lesions, changes in menses and mucosal changes. Of the pathological changes most oftenly are: pemphigoid gestationis, intrahepatic cholestasis in pregnancy, polymorphic eruption (pruritis urticaria papules and plaques - PUPP), atopic eruption during pregnancy and extremely rare herpetic peptide and gestational autoimmune progesterone dermatitis.
