The subject matter is managing conflicts in the organization. Conflicts arise when disagreement or conflict of interest arises, when the immediate wishes of all parties can not be achieved simultaneously. The aim of the paper is to define the concept of conflict in the organization in the theoretical part, explaining the types of conflict and the stages of conflict development as well as the causes of conflicts in organizations. The aim is to explain how it is managed when a conflict arises. Some of the processes that are being undertaken in such situations will be discussed. In the empirical part of the paper, it is presented how to deal with conflict situations at Hotel Morenia Family Resort and the results of survey conducted among hotel employees. Two sets of research methods will be used to achieve better quality research in accordance with the set goals. In the theoretical part, the method of synthesis and analysis will be used to define basic concepts and their analysis. Method of induction and deduction methods for making conclusions and statements. Then the compilation method to put the already determined conclusions of other authors. In the empirical part of the paper, the survey method will be used, whereby the results will be presented using tables and graphs. The work composition consists of a theoretical and empirical part. The work consists of seven interconnected parts.
