During their formative years, children become progressively more exposed to the external influences of a wider environment that may be negative. If previously in their primary families have been exposed to the long-term effects of the prevailing risk factors for the appearance of behavioral problems and if resistance has not developed in the youth or adolescence, there is a possibility that such young people might choose risky behaviours. Risky behaviors could be called those behaviors that bring youths into conflict with their environment and that increase the likelihood of negative outcomes in their lives. Such behaviors might, in minor cases, call behavioral problems, and in severe cases behavior disorders. Some of these behaviors have the hallmarks of social pathologic phenomena, which themselves are not punishable as long as they don't have the characteristics of the offence and the infringement. They deal with specialized courts or courts for young people whose purpose is not primarily punishment (only exceptionally and in a small number of cases punishments are provided) than helping, usually by engaging in institutions that can help them. These are the most common youth counseling sessions that work as part of the County Public Health Service. Work in them takes place according to the principles of teamwork and one of the team members is a nurse, too. Successfully completed treatment in counseling reduces the likelihood of recidivism that makes such a work model useful and needs to be developed and refined further.
