Abstract
Kruzing turizam je relativno mlađa, ali brzorastuća grana turizma. Navedenom rastu i razvoju svakako je pridonijelo i uvođenje marketinških strategija u kruzing kopanije koje su imale ključnu ulogu u razvoju industrije kružnih putovanja morem. Brodarske kompanije ulažu dodane napore u analizu tržišta, segmentiranje tržišta i prilagođavanje svojih proizvoda ciljanim tržišnim segmentima. Navedeno im donosi veći promet i ostvarenje većeg profita. Upravo je segmentacija i tržišne niše cruise brodarstva tema ovog diplomskog rada te je isto predstavljeno u radu.
Abstract (english)
Cruise tourism is a relatively younger but rapidly growing branch of tourism. The aforementioned growth and development have certainly been contributed by the introduction of marketing strategies in the cruise line, which have played a key role in the development of the sea cruise industry. Shipping companies are putting extra effort into market analysis, market segmentation, and tailoring their products to target market segments. This brings them more traffic and higher profits. The segmentation and niche markets of cruise shipping is the topic of this thesis and is presented in the paper.
