The first task of banks, inorder to attract new customers, keep the old ones and create their loyalty, improve their business and image, and ultimately achieve a competitive advantage, is to restore confidence in the financial sector. It is necessary for banks to adapt to new market opportunities, in the development of technology and electronic business. In this context, electronic banking is emerging, which brings numerous benefits for banks themselves, but also for customers. Those banks that do not keep up with the times will be competitively behind.
