Abstract
Ponašanje potrošača je složen i dinamičan proces na kojeg utječu različiti čimbenici. Svi čimbenici koji utječu na ponašanje potrošača se mogu svrstati u tri grupe, a to su: društveni, osobni i psihološki. U društvenim čimbenicima u kojim spada kultura posebno mjesto zauzima etnocentrizam. Etnocentrizam je pojam koji se može definirati kao procjena tuđe kulture s gledišta vlastite i isticanje domaće kulture, odnosno preferiranje domaćih proizvoda i isticanje negativnih stavova prema inozemnim... More proizvodima. U današnjem svijetu gdje je proces globalizacije izražen i postojanje tržišnih granica između zemalja sve više nestaju, dolazi do izražaja etnocentrizam kod pojedinih potrošača. Potrošači se danas susreću s kulturama koje su različite od njihovih. Zemlja podrijetla stoga postaje jako važno obilježje na proizvodima za određenu skupinu potrošača. Zabilježena su različita reagiranja na različite kulture. Prethodna istraživanja pokazala su visoki stupanj etnocentrizma kod starijih potrošača i niže obrazovane populacije. U radu je naglasak na mlade potrošače, pa će se obraditi podaci prikupljeni istraživanjem iz 2017. i 2019. kako bi se utvrdilo je li postoji etnocentrizam među mladima. Less
Abstract (english)
A customers behavior is complex and is a dynamic process that is influenced by a different factor. All the factors that infuence a customers behavior can be classified into three groups, which are: social, personal and psychological. In social factors in which culture is a particular place occupied by ethnocentrism. Ethnocentrism is a term that can be defined as assessing another's culture from the point of view of one's own self and emphasizing domestic culture, a strong preference for... More domestic products and emphasizing negative attitudes towards foreign products. In today's world, where the process of globalization is pronounced and the existence of market boundaries between countries is disappearing, ethnocentrism is becoming more pronounced for some customers. Customers today encounter cultures different from their own. The countries origin therefore becomes a very important characteristic of products for a particular group of customers. Different reactions to different cultures have been reported. Previous research has shown a high degree of ethnocentrism in older customers and lower-income populations. The paper focuses on young customers, so data collected from the 2017 and 2019 surveys will be refined to determine if there is an ethnocentrism among young people. Less
